Design Size - 15.4 x 15.4 inches - ( 39 x 39 cm. ) - Canvas Cut - 20 x 20 inches - ( 50 x 50 cm. ) - 10 holes to the inch..

The design measures 15.4 inches square - we stitch-paint the canvases with two extra inches surrounding the design.

Choose Zweigart mono deluxe or interlock canvases.

A full sized color photograph of the stitched design glued to a foam board - is on one side - with the stitch-painted needlepoint canvas on the other - the wool fibers rest on the chart - between -- inside a foam box - all wrapped in a resealable plastic folder with holes to breath.

The packaged kits measure aprox. - 20 x 20 x 1/2 inches -- 50 x 50 x 1.5 cms. ( a bit under for shipping volumnes )

The eight colors of these Samplers are blended so that the coloring - when viewed from a distance - should present a neutralized bloom. We have chosen photographs of this same sampler - captured under different lighting.

When two different colors are juxtaposed - they receive a double modification - first their tone ( the lighter color appears lighter - the dark color appears darker ). Secondly - their hue -- becomes tinged with the complimentary color of the other - to create a harmony that feels balanced.

We are always surprised when viewing the four different color combinations of this Samplers Needlepoint Collection - that the same colors have changed according to the different blending.

These Light Baby Blue Grey and Creme Needlework Samplers are a soft - blend of colors within an impeccably balanced composition.
